Incepted in 2010, the initial focus of the founders was to establish strong business presence in the Real Estate market across Bangalore The firm became a Private Limited Company in 2013, to embrace larger opportunities of the fast growing Bangalore market & also to be legally compliant to undertake larger residential projects. Currently, the company focuses on the fast growing Value Housing Segment and pursues its mission to be leader in the Affordable & Premium Housing Segment in Bangalore.

Our Founders
Mr. Tousif Ilyas Baig, Director has over ten years of experience in real estate and specializes in land aggregation and township planning to suit the diverse requirements of customers. He is from a family with a well-established apparel business and holds an MBA in Marketing & HR from Bangalore University.
Mr. Azhar Ula Khan, Director has over a decade of experience in real estate and pursues a passion of developing homes for all, leveraging time-tested and proven practices. He hails from a family that has a well-established timber business. He holds a management degree from Al-Ameen University.
